The major components (NPCs, ships with interiors you can actually traverse, beaming, warping, ship-to-ship combat, screens, etc) are already here in PULSAR and really just need reskinning.

I've been working on-and-off on a project called BCMod which aims to re-create the experience of Star Trek Bridge Commander and Star Trek Elite Force 2, basically putting you front and center in the boots of an experienced Starfleet Officer with a bunch of Federation toys and leaving you to play.
